Step-by-step guide to creating your contractor field service account and starting your free 30-day trial.

Getting started with Contractor Mode takes under two minutes. No credit card is required for the
free 30-day trial.
Step 1: Go to the sign-up page
Visit the contractor registration page or go to the
contractor landing page and click Start Free Trial.
Step 2: Fill in your details
- Your Name — the display name for your account
- Email — used for login and notifications
- Company Name — appears on reports and invoices
- Phone Number — for notifications and WhatsApp reports
- Contract Type — railway, construction, electrical, or other
- Password — at least 8 characters
Step 3: Confirm your email
Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your address.
Step 4: Complete the setup wizard
After confirming, you will be guided through a 5-step setup wizard:
1. Profile — company name and phone
2. First work site — where your crew operates
3. Task templates — pick from starter checklists
4. First sub-contractor — invite your crew leader
5. First labourer — add a worker
The Profile step is live today and the remaining steps are being rolled out — every step is skippable, and the same setup is available directly from your dashboard (Work Sites, Templates, Sub-Contractors, Labourers).
