Can I track labourers without giving them logins?
Yes. A labourer record with no email or password is a tracked
worker. The sub-contractor manages their attendance and task assignments. This is designed for daily-wage workers who may not have smartphones.
Can reports auto-send?
Not yet. Today you generate each report manually from the Reports section and download the PDF. Automatic end-of-day reports and emailed recipients are on the roadmap.
Can I customise checklists?
Yes. Create your own task templates with any number of items, each with optional photo requirements and measurement fields. You can reorder items by dragging them or using the arrow buttons.
Can I attach files other than photos to a task?
Yes. Every task has a Photos & Attachments section — attach any file type (PDF, document, spreadsheet) alongside photos. Attachments are listed on the task, counted in storage, and included in the progress report PDF.
How much does storage cost?
Storage is included in your plan: Starter (100 MB free), Basic (2 GB / ₹499/mo), Pro (10 GB / ₹999/mo), Premium (50 GB / ₹2,499/mo). Storage add-on packs are available: +5 GB for ₹150/month, +25 GB for ₹600/month.
Can I upgrade from the free plan?
Yes. The free Starter plan remains free forever with its limits — it is not just a trial. Plan and billing management is rolling out in the Settings area; contact support to upgrade in the meantime.
Can I use this for construction or electrical work?
Yes. Contractor Mode works for any field service business. Choose Construction,
Electrical,
or Other
as your contract type during signup. The starter templates include general inspection and electrical work checklists. You can also build your own for any trade.
Is there a mobile app?
Contractor Mode is mobile-first. The web app works on any smartphone browser — camera capture for task photos works directly from the phone. A PWA (installable from Chrome) is supported.
How does pricing compare to Zoho FSM or Powerplay?
Our Basic plan (₹499/mo) undercuts Zoho FSM Standard (₹1,000/user/mo) while offering railway-specific templates, per-task photo checklists, and daily PDF reports.
